Vocational Rehab is blended into everything we do at Centered Care. 

It is our mission to help all persons served find meaningful, purposeful activities to do with a special focus on work and/or volunteering. Giving back and engaging in productive work leads to self-pride, skill building and connection that is unmatched. 

As a CARF accredited Voc Rehab program, we specialize in helping people return to work, or stay at work, post catastrophic injuries. Vocational services include, but are not limited to: 

• Development of realistic employment goals.
• Identification of employment opportunities and resources in the local job market.
• Identification of resources to achieve and maintain employment.
